Canter, LLC was amazing. We had a deck we wanted to rebuild and needed an architect to do the drawings, and we found jon canter on this app, we spoke over phone and he knew exactly wat we needed and wanted, he followed the towns requirements to a "t" and out permit to build has now been approved. He made the process of going through the town so much easier than the horror stories of my neighbors. His drawings are detailed and descriptive he is not afraid of doing work or making changes it was truly a pleasure working with him. He was always professional and knowledgeable and called us about any concerns. Will tell everyone of his work for sure. You can trust him, use him and you won't regret it. Highly recommend. Approved on first submittion to city hall. He's amazing and has a very fair price compared to others on this site or and the others out there overpricing this service. Easy paying too, trusted form of payment through quickbooks.
