Our walkway to front door (see after/before photo) front and side, sidewalks & driveway were overdue for cleaning. Superior Exterior LLC was professional & efficient despite the extreme heat. The result was extraordinary. Our next door neighbor will be next after seeing the result and I believe her next door neighbor is on the list. I am new to Thumbtack and have already scheduled our next project. We have always done everything ourselves and realize it is getting harder to keep up with the large yard & landscape we once enjoyed tending while working long hours each day. Arguably the lowest rates for pressure washing and exterior cleaning services offered in the area. Contact us today to schedule a free estimate!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This will typically consist of a free estimate. Depending on the residence some of the estimates can even be done over the phone if pictures of the residence are provided. A $100.00 deposit is usually required for jobs prices at $600.00 or above. On the day of cleaning all you have to do is sit back and relax!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5+ years of pressure washing and painting experience. This is primarily comprised of exterior work with the occasional interior jobs.
