If you're looking to have some power washing done this is the guy you want to call! Fred is extremely conscientious and very professional. He stays in touch from the time you book him to when he's on his way to your home. I was impressed with the equipment he uses [ this is not a guy who shows up with a $200 dollar pressure washer by any means!] Fred was determined to get every inch of heavy dirt out...and he did! [ even using heavy duty brushes and manually scrubbing his heart out!] I've always done 98% of my household repairs for 45 years but due to a recent back problem was unable to do so. I feel that I was fortunate to find someone like Fred. His prices are reasonable and his work is outstanding! Bob Jackson

Fred responded to my request within the hour and outlined his plan of action on the get-go. He arrived on the scheduled day, reviewed the work cut out for him. I have to say it was a lot of work, from my perspective. From cleaning the gutters to washing the pavement and in general power washing a 2-story, 2800 sq foot house that’s has not seen power washing for 1.5 years. After single handedly going through the entire exterior of the house, the white panels around the house and especially around corners are bright and clean. The whole house looks visibly new and his eye for detail definitely is exemplified in his work. For the price and hours he dedicated to it, I would highly recommend and hire him again.

The discussion process using Thumbtack works great. I received a response from PowerWashNinjas (PWN) the same day I posted the estimate request. We then had a phone call for me to describe the project. I sent photos and was provided an estimate. I also received an estimate from one other company but decided to contract with PWN because they provided a professional detailed estimate, we had a discussion about the estimate, he provided multiple dates for the work to be completed and he confirmed the date selected with a Google calendar invite. PWN arrived on time and completed the work per the timing quoted. He arrived in a fully equipped Power Washing truck. He had different hoses and attachments to use based on the surface being cleaned and he completed the job without a break (on a very hot day). He cleaned our entire ranch home; the back and 1 side were seriously dirty as they don't get much sun during the day. Our deck also needed quite a bit of TLC and it came out very clean. He used a special attachment to clean our front concrete porch and sidewalk and they look amazing. We had to leave for an appointment before he was finished and he followed up later in the day to confirm that we were happy with the results and to check if there were any issues. The owner was very friendly, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend PWN if you are in the market for power washing. We will definitely be scheduling him again in 2024.
