- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We create our pricing around doing high volume - not high margins. So our goal is to do more business at a competitive rate. We also make sure our W-2 employees are very well compensated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process requires an in person walkthrough prior to getting on our schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is properly trained on how to disinfect. Because of this, we are required to wear PPE while performing certain tasks during the service.
