I for one am hard to please, and I will definitely use Handyman Connection again in the future with no reservations. I wish I could also choose value and punctuality as the Handyman Connection was all of the above and more than I expected. Shawn showed up timely and friendly and ran into issues with the job to fix my patio door wheels. He used his prior knowledge and experience to put my doors back into working order although no new parts were able to be used. Handyman also did not charge me for the new parts sent for the doors which is extremely appreciated. Handyman was very communicative, understood my issue thoroughly, helped me and came extremely quickly.

Great company to work with. They sent someone out to look at the project a couple days before starting. I misunderstood when they would be starting, and they practically bent over backwards to come as close as possible to that date. A lot of other places would shrug it off. The quality of the craftsmanship is excellent. I had quite a mess of a rotted exterior door jamb, and you'd never know it now. Thank you so much Shawn!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the project, not the hour. However, our minimum job is $119.00. We offer a military discount, and our pricing is competitive with other companies that offer similar services and qualifications. We are licensed, background checked and insured.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a phone call or a lead via the internet and we respond back to the request with a phone call and/or text. We will ask for pictures to be uploaded, materials needed/required and send back an estimate for review and approval. If the project is bigger, there is uncertainty or unable to send photos for review, we will schedule an on-site visit to review the project(s).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team is fully versed in handling a myriad of handyman and small renovation projects.
