- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the project, not the hour. However, our minimum job is $119.00. We offer a military discount, and our pricing is competitive with other companies that offer similar services and qualifications. We are licensed, background checked and insured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a phone call or a lead via the internet and we respond back to the request with a phone call and/or text. We will ask for pictures to be uploaded, materials needed/required and send back an estimate for review and approval. If the project is bigger, there is uncertainty or unable to send photos for review, we will schedule an on-site visit to review the project(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team is fully versed in handling a myriad of handyman and small renovation projects.
