FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service fee is $75, which includes a full diagnosis and a repair estimate. If you choose to proceed with the repair, this fee will be credited toward the total cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we follow a simple and efficient process: 1. Initial Contact – We gather details about the issue via phone or messages. 2. Scheduling – We arrange a convenient appointment time. 3. Important Details to Share in Advance: - The appliance model number (this helps us bring the right tools and parts). - For washers and dryers, whether the unit is single, stackable, or a combo. - Any access challenges that might affect the repair, such as: -- Tight or cramped spaces; -- Units installed in closets, basements, or small laundry rooms; -- Limited ventilation or difficult-to-move appliances; -- If the unit requires disassembly to access (e.g., stacked units without enough clearance); -- Any other obstacles that could make servicing more difficult; 4. On-Site Diagnosis – During the visit, we inspect the appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide a repair estimate; 5. Repair Approval – If the customer approves the repair, we proceed with the work; 6. Warranty on Repairs – We provide a warranty on installed parts ranging from 1 to 3 months, depending on the type of part and manufacturer; 7. Service Commitment – We strive for clear communication, fair pricing, and high-quality service to ensure the best customer experience. Sharing these details in advance allows us to work efficiently and avoid potential delays. We appreciate your cooperation!
