Andrei was absolutely amazing and I can’t recommend him enough for any and all of your appliance needs—my 2-year-old Maytag washing machine abruptly stopped working and he worked meticulously to find the root cause of the problem. He truly saved me from having to purchase an entirely new appliance, particularly during a time of financial hardship, and for that I am extremely grateful.

Andrew did a fantastic job fixing our dishwasher. He was very communicative and let us know he was going to be a little late. The poor guy had just had his car towed at the job before ours, and still showed up and did a great job! We had previously had two other repair people to try to fix our dishwasher, which smelled like a swamp, and neither previous attempt did anything to remedy the smell. Andrew was at our home for an hour and fixed the smell issue, in addition to fixing a different minor issue that neither previous service had even attempted. 10/10 would recommend!

BAZR was quick to respond to our initial request with a very competitive price. After we approved the estimate, it took a few days for the part for our washer to come in, but once received, BAZR came out the next day to install it. Despite some unforeseen issues, BAZR worked diligently and completed the repair the same evening. We would definitely hire this company again.
