- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you start my program you are grandfathered in for that price regardless if my fees increase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Consultation call to meet and learn more about the client and who we are and how we help our clients. 2. If there is a mutual interest we would set an in-home detailed fitness assessment and body composition analysis. 3. Define your goals and based on the results of the assessment determine a timeline to achieve your goals. 4. Get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have held really more than 15 certifications in nutrition fitness and hormone function. I have 33 college credits in nutrition alone. I have carts in corrective exercise, tactical training, strength and conditioning, performance, level 1 Thai Massage, Percussive recovery, Stretch Therapy, and many more. I am a master fitness instructor.
