- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices are based on the job. We go to the client's project and give a complete estimate after we have discussed all services needed. There are no hidden fees all prices are final unless client makes changes to add or remove services. We sometimes charge a dispatch fee, this fee is refunded if client choses to hires us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to get a good idea of what kind of project the client has by having pictures or talking over the phone and discussing project briefly. Second we set up a date and time to meet in person. Third we send client complete estimate on all services discussed in person. Fourth, if client agrees to go forward, we schedule out date and time when we will start all services. Once service is started we try our best to dedicate our time solely to the clients project. We do this to ensure maximum efficiency and also to allow the client to move forward on their next phase of their project. Fifth, payment is due and contract is finalized. Note: depending on how big the project is, we require payment in two phases. (ie. full installation of drywall in a basement. one payment due after drywall is installed and final payment is due when job is complete)
