I just bought a Mal-shi dog for my daughter. He’s 3 months and I needed some advice on potty training and Mark gave me hope . He was very polite,positive and helpful . He took his time explaining everything to me step by step and for that I’m very grateful for being able to speak with Mark.

Mark has the compassion the makes him a truly heartfelt dog trainer. He has a gift, insight to each dog he trains. He gets to know his clients (human and dogs ). She’s responsive to his methods. He’s a wonderful trainer. She’s a special needs dog and took her on and saw all the love she deserves. She’s a confident dog because of him.

I found Mark after hitting rock bottom with our 9-year-old German Shepherd Collie Mix. I had tried two other trainers without long-term success. My husband and I managed our dog Scout, but things ended up getting worse. Leash aggression had us avoiding dogs at all costs. It was stressful and embarrassing. Before I found Mark, I had trainers tell me Scout was too old! After a phone call and consultation, we signed Scout up for a 15-block lesson plan. Mark worked with us to address unique situations and customized lessons each week to meet our needs. We learned how to communicate fairly with Scout, and we're now able to pass dogs on leash with ease! It's been life-changing, to say the least! We see so much value in the training that we signed Scout up for a second lesson block AND signed up our second dog for her first round of lessons. Our dogs are happier and we're happier. We haven't found a trainer that comes close to Mark and we can't recommend him enough!

He doesn’t just train your dog; he teaches both you and your dog to understand each other better, resulting in an amazing new relationship. “Coach Mark” is incredibly personable, smart, and caring.
