- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I set my price to where people on a tight budget can afford my services. I also work with people, I understand your circumstances and I am also aware of the rising prices of rent so I fully understand if you're in a rush to move. Times is hard for a lot right now and being able to find someone to help you move who is not charging an arm and leg is definitely a blessing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically after you've booked me, I will respond to you no later than 30 minutes. After that, we will go over your the things that needs to be moved, what equipment I should bring with me, and we can also negotiate a solid price if you feel like your move will take long and you're on a budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No special training for moving, I just learned through my mistakes and experience. I've also worked with professionals that gave me some moving advice.
