- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is generally based on the amount, size, and weight of items. Traveling distance is also taken into consideration as well as if the units have stairs and are higher or lower than the first floor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy engaging with new customers as I believe I will do my absolute best. I treat everyone with respect and understand that moving can be a complicated process. my goal is to ease that process as much as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with a local moving/junk haul company for some years with an excellent track record.
