- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a very reasonable Trip and dio fee. After I found your problem I'll provide you with options. You the customer picks which option works best for you! All pricing is upfront. so no surprises at the end ! Before I start you know what I'm doing and how much it going to cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what there needs are, repairs or new . check out project if new size system. repairs do Dio and give options for repairs. new installation get half down and get contact signed . repairs , after options are reviewed make repairs customer wants . at completion collect balance .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing Heating, cooling and plumbing for over 25years . I've been though all types of training. but what's best is hands on .
