- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving your quote, we recommend an initial phone call to go over event details and answer any questions. From there, we can continue the conversation via email, phone, video, or even meet in person if needed. Leading up to your event, we’ll schedule check-ins to ensure every detail is covered and expectations are crystal clear. On the big day, we’ll arrive early to set up, coordinate with staff on the schedule, and go over any last-minute updates with you to ensure everything runs smoothly.
