This was such a nice experience for me. The quilt that I had was over 40 years old that my grandmother had made for me when I was in my young twenties. When I had my daughter and she became a toddler she loved this blanket and used it all the time so it got washed a lot and it started coming apart and once we stored it it wasn't stored correctly so it just ended up a mess. But Charlene took everything she could off of it to save and reinvent a new quilt that still had my grandmother's hands on it. I'm giving it to my daughter for Christmas this year and I can't wait to see the look on her face! Thank you so much Charlene you have done an impeccable job.

We had four quilts made. They were all made with personal touches, creativity, and lots of love! I wasn’t sure what to expect but I am blown away and all four far exceeded what I could have imagined. Charlene, thank you so much for showing so much love to our family and thank you for getting them all here in time to put under the Christmas tree. I want my customers to know that I am fair and flexible with my quotes. I need to get to know what the customer needs by asking questions and we work together as a team!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself. Get to know what the customer wants and needs. Ask lots of questions. And work closely with them through thorough communication. Be interested in the OTHER PERSON! Then all things go well!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been 🧵 sewing for over 35+ years! Learned a lot from school, my lovely seamstress mom and trial/error! 👍👍 Had a sewing business. Lots of Bridals!
