I recently hired EcoPro Mechanical for an HVAC installation, their service absolutely surpassed my expectations. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, EcoPro Mechanical demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to my satisfaction.
The project involved the installation of ductwork, a heat pump, and an Apco Fresh-Aire UV System. Their team worked very quickly while tackling the project with precision and efficiency, showcasing their knowledge and experience.
What stood out was the dedication to ensuring my complete satisfaction. They addressed all my questions and concerns, providing clear explanations and guidance throughout the process. Their commitment to excellence was evident...leaving me reassured that I had made the right choice in hiring them.
Moreover, the quality of the workmanship was impeccable. The ductwork was expertly installed, optimizing airflow and maximizing energy efficiency. The heat pump operates perfectly and the UV System absolutely made a difference as I have an older home that had a bit of an "older home smell". The air in my home now is very crisp, clean, and fresh while the airflow is perfectly balanced.

No transparency, they tell one rate first and then come up with new pricing putting customers in tough spot where they can’t go back.

We are sorry for your bad impression.
When we first spoke I explained in detail how our pricing works. We charge a $39 service fee to show up and inspect your system. If you chose to hire us, the fee is waived. I then told you what the base rate would be for simple repairs. You agreed and asked us to come to your home. Within four hours of our discussion, one of our technicians was at your doorstep. It was a hot August day so we did our best to get to your house so you wouldnt have to deal with the heat for long.
Our technician diagnosed the problem and charged you exactly what we discussed on the phone, and the $39 fee was waived. He called me once he completed the job to confirm the pricing.
In addition, If you research what the charge is for a capacitor replacement you will find we gave you a low/very reasonable rate.
We are very respectful to our customers, placing value on their business, and thier opinion. Your 1 star rating is very disappoitning, even confusing. I called you to discuss the matter as maybe I am missing something. You never called back.
We appreciated your business but I would appreciate it even more if you gave us a fair assessment/rating.
