Camilla it clearly states on our profile that there is a 2 hour minimum on all jobs I do apologize about the confusion however I very clearly stated in our messages about the pricing and the two hour minimum and you even agreed with me that it was stated I even showed you on my end after showing you on my end you proceeded to check your end as well and then your response was “oh he did say it I just missed it” and proceeded to waste 30 minutes of our time and yours arguing about it I apologize for your experience however I can not control how you interpret the conversation Clearly there was a misunderstanding between us and in doing so you could have called or texted me at anytime to ask any questions comments or concerns I even gave you my personal number to contact me in the event that you have any questions or concerns
