- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for jobs can vary based on the severity of the problem. We offer free visual assessments, and will provide you with a written estimate and scope of work prior to any service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us for mold or odor service, our first step is to gather information from the customer regarding the issue they are experiencing. Once that is completed we will schedule a free inspection of the property where our technicians will identify any issues with the property that may be contributing to the issue and determine the best treatment protocol. After this the customer sill receive a quote for services, complete with details about our treatment process, issues identified during the inspection, pictures of the areas of concern, and an accurate price for remediation services.
