Thaddeus from Green Home Solutions was great. They did the estimate and resolved our mold issue quickly. They also helped provide information on helping keep any future mold issues from coming up again. Very pleased with their service. They cost more than other estimates, but Thaddeus worked with our budget to help make it more affordable for us. I felt they did a more thorough job than other companies and made sure it was done correctly.

Green Home Solutions treated a mold issue where I live. I was pleased to find out that my landlord had hired a "Green" company to come in to treat the issue. All of the employees that I interacted with were very professional, knowledgeable and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I received the results from the initial testing within the time frame I was provided and was immediately scheduled for an appointment for the treatment. The testing and treatment appointments took less time than I had anticipated and I did not experience much interruption to my daily activities on either occasion. I'll admit that I thought this would be a stressful situation but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was from start to finish and would use Green Home Solutions again!

Pricing for jobs can vary based on the severity of the problem. We offer free visual assessments, and will provide you with a written estimate and scope of work prior to any service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us for mold or odor service, our first step is to gather information from the customer regarding the issue they are experiencing. Once that is completed we will schedule a free inspection of the property where our technicians will identify any issues with the property that may be contributing to the issue and determine the best treatment protocol. After this the customer sill receive a quote for services, complete with details about our treatment process, issues identified during the inspection, pictures of the areas of concern, and an accurate price for remediation services.
