- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based off primarily location, sourcing of material, and accessibility to the recources needed to complete the job. The difference between us and a competitor is that we'd rather have less money in our hands if it means we can guarantee quality work. We have no outrageous pricing whatsoever. We want to know what you are paying for and why.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to establish a baseline connection, then we discuss the steps and highest quality but lowest cost way to complete your project. We like to treat all clients with the "million dollar job" mindset. While working on your project and even after our phone lines are open, we give the opportunity to learn along the process as well. After the project is complete we like to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the results before we accept payment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As Operations Director of dreamscapes i wanted to ensure that we had the ability to become the best of the best, Before starting DreamScapes I spent 10+ years doing Hardscaping, Landscaping< and Carpentry work. With the sight of having my own organization in mind I made quite a few friends in the field, from being considered a top installer myself, i have a selection of "high rated" landscape, hardscape, concrete/masons and carpenters to choose from.
