- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The company was created to bring the highest quality products with Lifetime Warranty's at a VALUED price. Also to build a energy work coherence that will change how businesses treat employees. We achieve this by operating on a smaller scale than massive corporations. While partnering with Onyx Collections who carries the highest quality products on the market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set and appt with our Project Manager who will come out and take all measurements needed. Completely explain what we would do in your space. Then we'll will show you the product and help your design your new shower or bath on an app giving you full understanding on what will go in that space. We will leave you with our price that's good for 1 year. The appt takes about 45-90 mins depending on how long it takes to design and your questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been apart of the marketing/ designing/ project managing/ operations/ finance managing for thousands of home improvement projects for the biggest bath company in the USA. Being apart of a family company watching it grow from 70 person family to a huge corporation to up over 900 people. I was able to learn the best processes to follow in the home improvement industry. The only one I won't follow is to be a massive corporation. I only want to operate in the Central Pa area and enjoy a great life work balance.
