- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We operate on a "time & material" basis for smaller projects where you only pay for what we do/purchase. We do not ask for payment up-front but we do ask for payment at the end of each working day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial contact and discussing your project with the office managers 2. Providing a time estimate over the phone 3. We will select the most qualified craftsmen and schedule your appointment ASAP.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
