We pride ourselves on having upfront, on the spot, and fair pricing for the value we provide in each of our services. We have discounts available to all new customers alongside many others. We will always help where we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple - We show up on time, we review the project needs and wants together, we educate and advise our homeowners with our expertise, we then present an on the spot price for you to approve. One thing is certain, you will never have to chase us for a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One of our core values is to learn and another is to educate. This is our foundation as a company. Panther is accredited and highly reviewed on the Better Business Bureau, google, and yelp. We are licensed and insured company that trains it's staff every year for re-certification through our courses. To be a part of our family, each employee goes through a rigorous vetting and training process before they even meet with our homeowners. Our teams combined knowledge and expertise of over 30 years, allows us to place the best solution in front of our homeowners.
