- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge a dispatch fee. We will charge a diagnostic fee of 80$ for .5 hours for systems that are non operational
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with them to best guide them in a decision they will be happy with. We will turn down work with unrealistic expectations. Ex: high seer systems in non insulated or poorly constructed homes,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mechanical engineering degree, EPA universal license, 15 years in Home Improvement within NY and PA.
