- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in full transparency and know the importance of trust in any relationship. This means no hidden fees with Brookings BEST! We charge a $75 trip fee for gas and drive-time labor and have a minimum service charge for each service so be sure to ask what else we can do for you to get the best bang for your buck!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Brookings BEST we aim to please! We follow biblical wisdom from Matthew 7:12 and Col. 3:23 to bring glory to God, an enjoyable workplace of growth and opportunity for our team, and a superior customer experience! It starts with proper prior planning and communication to set a work date and price/crew/project expectations through a brief couple minute discovery conversation. The day before and morning of we reach out with reminders of the upcoming appointment and details of who they will be working with. Once finished, your technician will call management to confirm your satisfaction. We strive for 5 and are willing to do anything necessary to achieve this standard of service - feedback and reviews are appreciated! If we are able to hit (50) 5 star reviews by summer's end, we're going on a company cruise! Finally, always remember we are always just a phone call away!
