- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is typically delivered as one total sum for the project, and that total will include all labor and materials needed and agreed upon for the project. Payment schedules are customized for each client/project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start the process with a free in-home visit to discuss your project, take measurements, and come up with design/layout options. From there we will draw up a design(s), source and recommend products, and put together a budget for your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kristen Books, the owner and Principal Designer, has an Associates Degree in Interior Design, as well as over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily in interior remodeling. Ed Chamberlin, Co-Owner and Lead Installer, has over 40 years in the construction industry, ranging from interiors to exteriors, new construction and remodeling.
