The crew from Falco Landscaping did a wonderful job of weeding and mulching our flower and scrubs beds. Since I normally do this job, I was pleasantly surprised with the care the crew showed with the daffodils, tulips, etc which were sprouting and beginning to flower. Will I hire them again? You bet!

We wanted to do some updates to our backyard and Falco was able to do exactly what we wanted with a quick completion time! They removed an old walkway, replacing it with a stepping stone pathway, and regraded the path leading to our shed that used to collect standing water. They also laid down a river rock border and mulched our entire backyard, and did a spring cleanup of all our garden beds. The were extremely responsive and the entire job took less than a day. We're really happy with the way it turned out and will definitely have Falco back out for our next project!

I can’t say enough good things about Rich and the Falco crew. They handled a large excavation job in my backyard. I had been trying to get this project completed for literally months, and the crew came in and took care of everything within a few hours. Left the area pristine, too. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lawn Mowing and Lawn Cutting varies depending on size & terrain. Our Current Customer price variation is $30-120 depending on the lawn.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a call/request for Lawn Mowing, Lawn Cutting, Mulch, Leaf Removal, etc. and talk about the customer needs. We like to do Estimates based off of a home visit, but will sometimes do Estimates from just the customers explanation. After the customer approves the Estimate, we begin work asap. Once work is complete and Invoice will be sent out and should be paid within 30 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 17 years in the industry and as the saying goes 'You learn something new everyday'. Its always great working in this field getting to know new customers and landscapes.
