We hired Falco landscaping to mulch the flower/shrub beds in our yard. The team was very fast and efficient. Four of my jolly giant evergreen trees died over the winter. When we asked them if they could remove them, they said they could.. The process was very quick in removing the trees & the roots. We thank the team for providing excellent service. We would not hesitate to call them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lawn Mowing and Lawn Cutting varies depending on size & terrain. Our Current Customer price variation is $30-120 depending on the lawn.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a call/request for Lawn Mowing, Lawn Cutting, Mulch, Leaf Removal, etc. and talk about the customer needs. We like to do Estimates based off of a home visit, but will sometimes do Estimates from just the customers explanation. After the customer approves the Estimate, we begin work asap. Once work is complete and Invoice will be sent out and should be paid within 30 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 17 years in the industry and as the saying goes 'You learn something new everyday'. Its always great working in this field getting to know new customers and landscapes.
