- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is on a case by case basis. I try to be fair and am open to negotiations. Send me a message if you’d like to discuss. If there would be a change in price at all we would discuss everything before the work begins. I do charge a percentage of the price sold if I list your items for sale. I will travel farther than my listed areas with a mileage fee. I am offering discounts for veterans and elderly clients :) Payment will be due at time of service and I will send over the invoice for your records. Sorry I cannot accept checks
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a consultation where the customer would send me their desired request. I'll ask for pictures, video, Facetime, or another method. When I arrive to the location we would look over the areas and go over specifics. I always prefer to ask questions for certain things like how you fold or hang your clothing, what do you use most vs rarely so I can make it convenient for you. Feel free to share thoughts and ideas, concerns too. If you would like to sort through your things together that is fine with me, if you'd prefer to just explain what you'd want, that is great too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Specialized Environmental Technician training courses on proper cleaning methods, chemicals used, and protective equipment required. I was always trained on the job as well.
