What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are far. Not the most expensive and not the lowest. You will alway get two or more employees and we can bring the products as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to find out what needs done exactly, what kind of flooring you have. Seeing what kind of products you like to be used (have your own or we will use ours). Have you check the work when done. Always satisfied. :-)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been cleaning homes as a CNA, and for other businesses for many years. I did it for myself the last 10 years. :-) We take pride in our work.
