My husband is a self-employed painter so we know the importance of great costumer service/satisfaction and communication. Our roof was 28 years old and is in dire need of replacement. From the initial point of contact, Javin was courteous, professional and timely. He took the time to explain all that was involved with replacing our roof. He gave me an estimated date for the job to start which was the first week in November 2021 (depending on weather). His crew showed up right on schedule on Monday, November 1, 2021 and completed the job within one day. You would never even know they were there except for the fact that we have a new roof. Thank you for such a positive experience. I highly recommend Tuscarora Roofing!

Javin and his worker did excellent work. They re-shingled our roof a month or two ago. All is good. They also replaced all gutters and gutter covers and put a new rubber roof on our flat porch roof. His price was competitive, and maybe the best of the quotes we received. The black shingles look sharp and awesome. It took two days to finish because they had to work around bad weather. He was prompt in the morning and ready to go. He and his worker were friendly as well. And last fall when he came out to do the quote, he also hopped up on the roof and repaired a hole that a tree branch had caused. He did this for a minimal charge. Stop getting quotes - just go with Tuscarora Roofing!

After seeing the wonderful job they did on our neighbor's roof, we asked Tuscarora to come out and give us an estimate to replace our own. Javin was courteous, professional, and honest to a fault. He came out during the summer and guaranteed the price through the end of the year. The job took about a day and a half. Both days, the crew showed up at 6:30 AM, and were ready to work by first light. With the exception of 20-30 minutes for lunch, I didn't notice any break in the work. Javin himself came out the second day to finish the flashing around the chimney. Everyone on the crew was polite, good-natured, and very hard working. As another poster mentioned, if it wasn't for the fact that we have a new roof, you would never know that they had been here. There was not one piece of waste left on our yard. The roof looks great!!! We couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. We would not hesitate to recommend Javin and Tuscarora to anyone.

Like many others, we got estimates from several companies and Tuscarora was the best by far. Javin was excellent to work with, answered all of our questions and explained entire process for us. The work crews were quick, efficient, and took extra care with clean-up after their day was done. We had old roofing removed and replaced with new shingles, soffit and fascia added to lower levels, and replaced all gutters and downspouts with leaf filters. Everything was done to our satisfaction. I've had neighbors telling us how impressed they were with their work.We learned about Tuscarora from a family member, who raved about them. Honestly, if you are interested in roofing or new downspouts in south-central PA, they are the best!
