FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Request a Quote Once we determine the quantity of windows, doors, and screens, we will provide you with a clear and fair estimate. This can be done by answering a few simple questions, or we may require an in-person visit; sometimes, customers choose to send pictures of the exterior of their home. We try our best to make the estimate process quick and easy. 2. Schedule Your Service We’ll find a time that works for your schedule and communicate clearly leading up to your appointment. 3. Enjoy the Difference We arrive professionally, work carefully, and leave your windows beautifully clean. HOW WE CLEAN We remove the screens, then clean the interior and exterior of the glass. We also take the time to clean tracks, frames, and sills. Then we wash and dry the screens and reinstall them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a member of the IWCA (International Window Cleaning Association). They offer training in techniques, tools, equipment, and safety. We've participated in many of their annual conferences and training sessions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to own a failing retail business. I needed to pivot into something new, and I stumbled into window cleaning. The guy we paid to do our storefront windows didn’t do a very good job. I thought I could do better, and it seemed he was making decent money. So I started getting my feet wet doing a few small jobs here and there. Before I knew it, I was a full-time window cleaner. I shut down the brick-and-mortar store and never looked back.
