- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We customize pricing to fit your needs instead of providing standard pricing. This is done by a initial 15 minute consultation phone call. Our pricing comes with unlimited revisions, as we want to ensure you are satisfied with the service!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the job has been confirmed, we will have an initial intake call so that we can get to know each other and discuss your needs, desires, and goals. From there, I will begin to write your resume/cover letter. Within three days, I will share a Google doc with a draft and comments throughout so you to review. We will revise as many times as needed until you are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the Founder and President of a recruiting and job placement firm on the East coast in Pennsylvania. I am connected with many employers and HR professional on a local and national level and understand market trends and how to strengthen your candidacy to be seen by an employer. I am a certified Resume Writer and Career Coach.
