What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices will vary from job to job depending on the size and involvement. Weekly lawn service price will be less expensive than a one time mow or on call basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I like to introduce myself and see what the customer's needs are. I then explain to them how I typically do things and schedule a convenient time to give an estimate and go over all of the customer's needs and concerns.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing this work when I was in college as a summer part job.
