I had couple of different renovation projects in my new home and I can confidently rate my experience with I Know A Guy as the best one. I reached Rich regarding replacing the carpets in my 2nd floor bedrooms and areas just 5 days before my scheduled and he responded and did the measurement over weekend. The next thing was to find our selected carpet and getting that from the supplier which Rich again helped. Rich works with different suppliers to make sure you get the best price for the carpet and foam. Although my project was pretty small and Rich was busy with another major project at the time, he himself showed up during all stages of my carpet installation and delivered a very clean job. I also had an issue with my carpet supplier (one of the rolls of carpet came with a big stain on it) and Rich stood behind me during the whole debate and helped get a replacement.

We were having an open house after putting our rental property on the market and the day before we receive notice from our tenants that the carpet had been damaged by an accident. We called I know a guy and they responded quickly. After speaking with Rich and explaining my situation he went out of his way to come in the very next day (Sunday) and had our carpet installed before our open house. What a lifesaver. I do not know what weWe would have done if not for Rich. His pricing was so fair he did not take advantage of the situation and gave us great quality work explained every detail.
