Rich was very personable and provided excellent service. I initially contacted the company to carpet my stairs. But during the free quote appointment, I asked if I could also have the filters changed for my whole home water filtration system. During both jobs, Rich took the time to explain how, why and what he was doing. His work was of great quality and his prices were very reasonable. Plus his administrative assistant business manager Joannie is very responsive and professional. This was the best home service experience I've ever had and I will definitely contact I Know a Guy...Renovations LLC for future work around my house!

Richard was very professional, friendly and easy to work with. He was flexible with our complex and changing schedule, showed up on time, finished on time, and cleaned up after themselves. We had quite an amount of work to get our home ready before we moved into our new home. Replacing the carpet on the stairs was just one of the many tasks, but mandated and delicate one at that too. Richard, from I know a Guy...Renovations LLC, made taking care of the flooring one of the least stressful parts of getting the house ready. I didn't have to go back and forth with him trying to negotiate the best price. I got several quotes, but Richard gave me his best pricing right from the start. He saved me the hassle of going into the show room and picking out carpet. He tells me they know exactly how to get a house ready to move-in, that's what they do. He's clearly confident, professional and friendly and I trusted his product recommendation and went with it without looking at other samples. He could have just taken my money, but he follows up with me and tells me he thinks he will be able to get his hands on a better product at less money. I went with his recommendation, never even seeing the carpet. I'm considering doing hardwood floor stairs later. There are companies closer to me that can do the job as I moved an hour away. But if I decide to do this, I will be going back to Richard.
