I give Enis all five. He answered my prayers. He went way out of his way for me, going to the store to buy what I needed, to leave me with the completed repairs needed. I called him on a Saturday and arrived on Sunday at 12 noon. I was very impressed. I'm not that techy online. His online charges were charged twice because I did try twice to make contact. He expressed he will not be compensated and will not bill me for the second request. I asked him for his business cards to recommend him and to be able to reach out to him if needed again. I was so relieved when he repaired my washing machine, and when he gave me the amount of my bill, I was so impressed how generous and affordable he was with me. It had been a stressful month before getting I called for service. Everyone was telling me not to call for repairs. Just get another washer, and it will be cheaper. I struggled for over a month or so to make a decision. I took the chance, I am very happy everyone was wrong! Lol, it cost much less than I anticipated. I spent so much money going to the laundromat for more than a month. I am very thankful he was the repair person I got. Thank you again, Enis, for your wonderful service and your affordable cost. 🙃🙂

Prompt and efficient. Very polite and professional. He easily diagnosed and repaired my dryer. He had to order a part and was in good communication when it arrived and scheduled to come back quickly. I plan on hiring him for another project within 1-2 weeks.I highly recommend him.
