Enes is a wonderful gentleman, whom I would hire again without giving it a second thought. It was after 11pm on a Thursday evening when my washer began making an unbearable noise. I am not one to be without a washer, so immediately I began searching for a repairman. To my amazement, Enes responded within minutes. There were two others who responded but neither was as quick as Enes from Rapid Design Renovation. He messaged me he would stop in the next day. I was thrilled. His service fee was less than the others, and he waved it because I hired him. Not only did Enes wave the fee, but he gave me an additional discount on top of everything else. He ordered the part and repaired my machine. Sadly, without us realizing it at the time, it only partially repaired the machine. Enes returned, ordered an additional part, repaired it, and didn't charge me one cent more, not even for the additional part. Enes is a good man. I am a spiritual person, and I am thrilled God placed him in my path. Thank you Thumbtack. Thank you Enes. Thank you God.

I was able to book Enes for an emergency repair on my refrigerator on a Sunday morning at 8am! He was there on time, explained the problem, and told me how to avoid having it happen again. He was thorough, very polite and even cleaned up! I was expecting a HUGE bill for a weekend repair, but was very pleasantly surprised with how reasonable he was! I would highly recommend Enes and will definitely call with any other appliance problems.

Enes did a terrific job on my Refrigerator Repair. I have no complaints. He said he would contact me 30 to 45 minutes prior to his arrival which he did. He installed the new gaskets in my refrigerator and they look good. He answered all the questions that I had and we talked about another problem that I’m having in my kitchen, which I will contact him separately for service on that issue.
