He was very professional and determined the probable cause of the problem in a timely manner. Even though the printer was less than two years old and was used for personal printing (20 to 30 prints per month), a major component went bad and would not be cost-effective to invest the time and part needed to repair it. I was very disappointed in the longevity of this HP printer! But was very satisfied with the technician!
