FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing. If you visit our web site, there is often a savings promotion
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive an email or phone call from a potential customer and make our initial connections. We explain to the client our services to ensure we can meet their inspection needs and expectations. From there, we determine the date and time they are available, insure it is within the frame of their contracts, and then set the appointment. We will then contact all necessary persons to gain access to the property according to rules in place by the local real estate boards and best professional practices. We will meet the client at the appointed place and time, conduct the inspection(s) (we like our client to be present as this is a learning experience). After the inspection, we review the highlights with the client. We then return to the offices, review all the write ups, photographs (usually over 100) and client concerns. From there we write the final report and disperse to the people specified by the client. Our client have free follow up consultations and often call us years later just to ask our opinions regarding updates they are considering.
