They did a great job putting drywall where plaster used to be in multiple rooms in an old house, and professionally finishing it with crown molding, installing an attic pulldown door, adding outlets, and doing other related improvements that are too numerous to list. They dealt with surprises well and were flexible when they needed to be. The owner, Isaac, is very efficient and had an electrician and plumber at his disposal to do the unexpected plumbing and electric when he removed a wall. Fair pricing. I will use this group again for another project.

Isaac & team build a beautiful and sturdy roof for my deck. This also included gutters and deck railings. The team built per the specs on an architect’s drawing that I provided. They were able to follow the plan and even made some improvements. Some changes made included a stronger post-to-beam connection and updating the design to have a polished/finished look. The project was complex and they were able to troubleshoot difficult issues when they came up. The team even attended to the small details that most contractors ignore. My only complaint would be that the job took longer than expected. But I’d rather have it done right than done fast! 10/10 would hire again.

Highly recommend hiring Isaac and the Castillo Brothers Construction for any home remodeling needs. We just had 3 bathrooms completely renovated along with a full kitchen floor replacement. The quality of work was amazing and we appreciate Isaac’s commitment to always go the extra mile to awe us with the results. We also appreciate that they were flexible and responsive to some of our requests when we wanted to make some changes along the way. All of the staff was very professional and made sure to clean up the space once their work completed. I’ve been in Pittsburgh for many years and I can attest that Castillo Brothers has been the best contractor I’ve experienced. We intend to hire them for additional projects as well in the near future.

While we haven’t hired the job yet, we are THRILLED with the friendliness, professionalism and openness to entertain our project.
