Pricing varies depending on the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will discuss the challenge/problem that you are looking to have solved. I will ask clarifying questions to ensure that I can be of service and how best to provide that service. Next, I will layout the options that I think make most sense given your challenge(s) as well as a timeframe and pricing. If you decide to hire me I will be sure to communicate consistently and deliver in accordance with the timeframe I lay out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Pennsylvania & New Jersey State Certified Real Estate Appraiser (SCREA) and have been working in the appraisal industry since 2012. I have completed hundreds of hours of qualifying and continuing education on a broad range of real estate related topics and also have more than a decade of experience in real estate acquisition, construction, renovation, management, and property disposition. I also have experience providing valuation consulting services for homeowners, investors, agents, and attorneys.
