I cannot say enough great things about my experience with OB Appliance Repair. Though I sent my original message late at night, I heard back very quickly and was able to schedule a time for an estimate just as quickly. There was constant communication throughout the process in terms of time of arrival, what to expect, etc. The problem was identified very quickly, and he had my dryer up and running within 15 mins. tops. Also showed me a couple of quick maintenance tips in order to ensure a long life for the appliance. They will be my first phone call when I'm in need of appliance repair. Friendly, reliable, honest, professional, and looking out for ways to save their customers money — a perfect experience.

Working with Donovan was great. He showed up when he said he would, always texting when he was on the way. He explained the problem with our ice maker in very clear terms and let us know the time frame for parts/repair. The ice maker has been working perfectly since the repair. I’d definitely work with OB and Donovan again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary on the repair we wish we could give you an exact estimate over the phone but we cannot until we visit your home and diagnose your unit to make sure we order/ pick up the proper parts needed for your appliance! we do have a diagnostic fee of 89.99 plus tax for brands such as Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Etc. We also have a diagnostic fee of 109.99 plus tax for high end brands such as Sub zero, LG, Samsung, Etc. the good news is if you approve a repair estimate the diagnostic fee is waived!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very patient and want to help you in any way that we can, so please do not hesitate to call us we would love to visit your home and help fix your appliances!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We want to help people in ways others cannot! We know how important appliances are to our customers!
