- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary on the repair we wish we could give you an exact estimate over the phone but we cannot until we visit your home and diagnose your unit to make sure we order/ pick up the proper parts needed for your appliance! we do have a diagnostic fee of 89.99 plus tax for brands such as Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Etc. We also have a diagnostic fee of 109.99 plus tax for high end brands such as Sub zero, LG, Samsung, Etc. the good news is if you approve a repair estimate the diagnostic fee is waived!

We are very patient and want to help you in any way that we can, so please do not hesitate to call us we would love to visit your home and help fix your appliances!
