- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We waive our Service Fee with a repair. Returning customers get a $25.00 Credit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call the customer between 8-9AM to confirm appointment the day of the appointment. We arrive within the time frame or you get $25.00 credit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Technicians are fully trained on multiple brands and types of appliances. We send our technicians for hands on training of new equipment annually and we subscribe to a webinar series for more frequent education.
