FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give new clients the opportunity to meet with me in person prior to signing up for sessions. This allows us to discuss their goals in greater detail and gives them an idea as to whether I'm the right trainer for them. Chemistry can be an important factor in the client/trainer dynamic and I feel it's important for clients to get a basic idea of this before they make a decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Exercise Science and personal training certifications through both the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the International Sports Sciences Association. I'm also a Women's Fitness and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with a wide variety of clients but my primary customer base are women ranging in age from their early 20's to their early 80's! Most of my clients have weight loss and general health goals, but I also have experience working with pre/post natal clients as well as athletes.
