Neil Napolitano Is very thorough and took his time to evaluate a property we were going to purchase in King Of Prussia. He answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease. His rates are reasonable and well worth it! He did a complete inspection from termite to radon. You won't find a better person to do your inspections! He did it all. I was very impressed with his detailed report and pictures to go with all the issues the house had. If it wasn't for him we would have blindly purchased a money pit. We will be using him again in the future and most definitely will refer him to others. Thank you again Neil!
