Nick was super responsive and worked effiently. I had estimated the dimensions of my incorrectly, but he worked it out. He also arrived early due to weather and project reorganization. I plan to hire Cichello Landscaping for a couple of other projects as well. Definitely a great company to work with.

Nick did an awesome job! He was professional, transparent, punctual, never complained and stayed true to his word. I had him haul a lot of overgrown shrubs that I had cut down. It was ALOT! He gave a very fair price. He kept communication going. Would absolutely hire him again.

I would think twice before hiring this company. So here's the long/short of the story. I have hired several people from Thumbtack, and never had any issues. This company is by far the worst I have seen, Taking your money, and not delivering a service or materials, no communication either! I have a few projects that needed completed for my home. ( Kitchen Cabinet Install, Shiplap Ceiling, and a larger project for next year , an outside porch addition. ) Nick from 99 Construction contacted me, interested in my projects. After email and text back/forth. explaining the stages of which projects would need completed, Nick said these projects could be done by his company, and he would give an estimate for each. I gave him the time frame for each project. Nick said there would not be a problem. The first project, was to have my Kitchen Ceiling redone with Shiplap before my cabinets would be installed. Nick texted me an estimate for Materials and Labor $750 for all. I agreed, and he sent me an invoice only with the Materials listed ( No Labor) Nick then wanted paid up front for the Materials. I never had to do this with any contractor before, but assumed since he was on Thumbtack, he was background checked, and his company reliable. Nick then asked me to VENMO the payment to him, I declined, since I do not pay anything in that manor. I then got a Cashiers check from my bank, but actually shorted him a few dollars, ( but thank God, because I would have been out more money ) Nick had no problem arriving at my house to pick-up check! Did not check any measurements, for Kitchen Ceiling but was more interested in my larger porch addition project. Was supposed to provided an estimate for this project, but never did, swearing that he sent it to my email. ( But never resent it, once I said I did not receive the first time ) We Agreed on Oct. 4th to complete the ceiling, and Nick asked for some pictures and ideas for my porch addition so he could estimate that project. October 4th, Nick and 99 construction was A NO SHOW, after I had cleared my client schedule for the day, thinking they were coming to complete project as scheduled. Contacted Nick via Text - said he Totally Forgot. After texting back /forth again. Nick said he could do the kitchen ceiling on October 25th. Well October 25th came and went, and Nick and 99 construction was a NO SHOW AGAIN ! So if you are looking at this company to do anything for you...DON'T !!! Save yourself the time and aggravation, as now I will have to take Nick and his company to court for the return of my money !!! Please learn from my mistake ! I am also going to Notify Thumbtack of this situation also.
