- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Simple. I quote the price and I explain how I calculated the charges. I never try to get more or surprise you with an unknown expense. You can't plan that way! Not here to get rich, just here to help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send you a sample outline for your ceremony and some suggestions for vows. We can then work together to pick, choose, add or eliminate items until you are satisfied. This way you get exactly what you want!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to obtain regular continuing education credits. My most recent was a course on ethics in relation to the people you serve. What lines to cross and what lines not to.
