Aaron was very professional at all times. He replaced our water heater and the hot water was not coming out. While he was trying to figure out what was going on, he worked extra long hours to make sure we had hot water. It turned out, that the unit came defective. He honored his warranty by coming out that night and the following day to work on it. Highly recommended!
