There are three areas, that make up the price estimate of a window cleaning price: 1. Window count. 2. Screen count. 3. Window track count.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. To text an introduction and find out when a good time is to discuss the details of the window cleaning service. 2. To discuss when would be a good date in which to schedule the service. Arrive at customer's home, After meet and introduction... 3. To pull all screens that are to be cleaned. 4. To clean the window tracks if added to the service. 5. Clean the screens. 6. While the screens are drying outside, start cleaning the windows on the inside. 7. If not possible to clean the outside of the windows from the inside (this can be done if they are tiltable replacement type windows)start cleaning the outside of the window. 8. Reinstall the screens. 9. If during the service, furniture had to be moved, make sure that it is put back in place. 10. Wrap-up the completion of service.

1. Are window tracks part of the cleaning estimate? 2. The estimated time to complete the job? 3. Will the window cleaner move the items necessary to get access to the window? 4. Will they put those items back in place?
