I appreciate technicians and the owner. I went through them with out insurance mind you. The spot wasn’t big and they most definitely are over priced. I was charged for supplies that weren’t used and the hourly rate out the roof there were two people I got charged for three technicians. 2 hours of work was originally priced at $1,300. Mins you I asked for a quote prior to even starting the work and I wasn’t given one. I was being run around about the price. Nonetheless, the owner did work with me to lower it to $1,050. Not really a big change. If your going through insurance go with them 👌🏽. If not, get quotes in the market . Save yourself. Not looking to spread negative information. Just to inform the next consumer. Given they only have one review. I should known better. It’s lesson learned about home-owning and it was learned.

Hi Pharon, I appreciate the feedback. Just wanted to clarify that you weren't charged for 3 technicians and the supplies listed on the invoice we used. We charge by hour for the technicians so I think you may have confused the hours and the guys. If you add up the hours on the invoice they equal 4 which with 2 guys both working 2 hours that is the total hours worked. We should have communicated the costs better so we will certainly take your feedback and use it to improve our processes. We do appreciate your business though.
