I had a great experience working with Dayton and his team. They created the plans I needed to get a building permit to convert my SFH into a 2 family rental property. And they worked well with the permit expeditor and LIC to resolve any additional plan requirements. They were truly a lifesaver on this project!

Loved working with Dayton on my basement remodel! He sent a fair quote quickly after our initial meeting. The work started very timely after we signed the contract and he was awesome throughout the entire reno! He sent a timeline on construction so I knew what was expected, work went smoothly and he communicated the whole time. So happy with my new basement!

One of the things that impressed me the most was Dayton's 10,000 foot viewpoint. He had a clear understanding of the big picture and was able to help me conceptualize my project in a way that made sense for my needs and budget. DunnCorp Residential Construction was able to provide insightful guidance and creative solutions throughout the entire process. The work that Dayton completed was nothing short of exceptional. DunnCorp helped me install a beautiful new kitchen, complete with all the latest features and modern amenities. The tile work in both the kitchen and bathroom was immaculate and really added a touch of elegance to the property. Dayton also helped me reconfigure the living room layout, which has dramatically improved the flow and functionality of the space. Finally, the outdoor siding work that we completed was outstanding.
