We are NOT licensed to appraise commercial property, mixed use property, or 5+ unit apartment buildings. You will need a General Appraiser for that service. We do NOT appraise personal property (unless it's a manufactured home). Carole and her team at Zen are outstanding! We needed an appraisal completed for an estate in a very short period of time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Zen Appraisals exclusively offers custom appraisal reports. We will be happy to go over your options so that you can make an informed decision that best serves your specific purpose. All of our reports are custom built and our appraisal fees are based upon our Client’s individual needs. When you call us you will quickly realize that we understand you have many choices and are deciding which company is best for you. Which is why we will ask you a few questions, provide you with the information you need, and will always be happy to answer all of your appraisal concerns.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are typically able to offer appointments within a week. All appointments are set for a date/time that best suits your schedule. If this is an urgent matter, we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
