- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is set up so that there aren't any suprises. The price includes everything music for the ceremony and the reception if they are at the same venue, MC services, dance floor lighting, up-lighting, setup, and travel.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I tell the bride the only times they need to remember are when to say I do and what time the caterer will be ready.
