FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very flexible with pricing. I usually ask for at least 9 or 10 dollars an hour to start I believe in working with what works for the customer and what they can afford especially with longer stays while people are away on a trip for example.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The new customer can email me and talk to me on the phone and text me. They are welcome to ask me questions and let me know all about the pet care that they need. Then we set up a time to meet in person and I meet you and your pet or pets and we can talk all about the care that they need and what you would like to be done and when you need the care and for how long you need me to help..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have is the years that I have cared for animals I have helped care for animals for over 20 years. Every time I work for a person and family to help care for their animals I gain more experience each and every time and I learn so much about animals. I have learned so many great things about animals and caring for animals with all the pet sitting jobs and dog walking jobs that I have been so lucky to have over the years.
